It's hard to get a bottle to fit properly. If you can get it wedged in there at all, the top isn't always removed completely, resulting in a leaky but still capped bottle. They do look nice, but I think they'd be better as drawer pulls than bottle openers.

These bottle openers don't work very well. I would definitely recommend spending a little more money on something that might perform better. Using these openers, it is actually quite a chore to get a bottle open. I ended up breaking a piece off of the opener in order to get it to work better, but it still is kind of worthless. I took a hammer and broke off the center piece that basically restricts how far into the opener the bottle could go. Without breaking the opener, it would work about 1 out of every 15 tries, now it's probably 1 out of 2 tries if you get used to it.
