I BOUGHT THIS CORKSCREW FOR MY DAD. IT WORKED FOR A SHORT TIME THEN THE SCREW PORTION CAME OUT OF THE FAUCET HANDLE. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE "LIFETIME WARRANTY" SO I SUPPOSE TIME WILL TELL. WITH SHIPPING COSTS AND THE $5 REQUIRED IN EXCHANGE, YOU CAN JUST ABOUT BUY A NEW ONE. THE DEFECT WAS THEIR FAULT AND I DON'T SEE WHY I SHOULD PAY ANYTHING.


Hadn't even used it 10 times before the top snapped off. Just not sturdy enough for the job.


I love this thing! I have a rabbit corkscrew at home, which is awesome, but bought this one for a friend that I have dinner with every other week who didn't have a good one. It is very easy to use, in both removing the cork from the bottle and removing the cork from the corkscrew. We've used it many times and it hasn't shown any signs of breaking. The plastic needs some flex to it to get around the top of the wine bottle. I will be buying more for gifts for sure! I'm also going to buy one for me as a great travel corkscrew.


It works, and looks good in the photo, but it's cheaply made of plastic and does not feel sturdy. For some reason it comes in a display case that is made of better plastic than the corkscrew itself. I don't think it's worth more than $5.
